The registration fees (in US$) are as follows:
$440 through April 10.
$485 from April 11 through June 20.
$570 after June 21.
Students: $200 through April 10; $275 from April 11 through June 20; $350 after June 21.
Additional fee for guests at the conference dinner: $100 per guest.
